We have been given the wrong Heating and A/C unit and have been given the run around.
They actually said they could construct something so it would work. I was appalled because we did not pay 8,400 for them to make something that fits. We paid for a new unit not something that is piecemealed together.
Mitch Disney is supposedly our so called project manager but he has never come to our home to see what the problem is, he has only called a few times but nothing has been settled as of 9 April.
We have tried several numbers to talk to someone at Sears Headquarter that is over Mitch Disney but they are hidden behind some many different numbers we have not been able to reach anyone. We are so frustrated.
Even though we have not signed off on the installation they have cashed our check.
