Close to my Heart’s slogan is when you are a consultant you are family. Well I was not treated like family. They changed the rules that you had to order $100 each quarter of a year from once a year to maintain your junior consultant status. I placed my order but I didn’t realize that my credit card had expired until the next day and then I called my bank and straightened it all out and reactivated the replacement card.

It was my fault that I submitted an expired card but my grandmother had died and I just wasn’t in the best frame of mind at the time. I placed the order the following day as I could still get into the consultant only portion of their website. I put the order in and I left on vacation to get a break from all the challenges in my life.

I get back to find out they are sending my order, they will not count it to maintain my junior consultant status and I have to repay to become a consultant and they will not cancel my order. I tried emailing and calling to no avail. They way I felt was scammed because I was able to get into the site and when I got the email it stated since I have had no activity on my account by July 6th when I placed my order that went through on July 1. I went to my husband and explained I basically spent over $100 to maintain my status but they will not give it to me and they never emailed me to let me know it didn’t work.

My husband called and he tried many times but they said the same thing. How can we help you but refused to help in any way but asked for $150 new fee to become a consultant. I feel ripped off.
