I signed up age121 to do a dental receptionist course. The consultant from the company expressed that they will work with you until they get you into employment. All i needed to do was to do the dental receptionist course and a first aid course and that would be my first step. After the course finished i called up informing the consultant to put me forward for vacancies. After not hearing nothing i kept calling and receiving the same comment of 'I dont know why this is, sorry, i will put you forward for to more clients' after some time of not hearing nothing via email, i called in to complain, i learnt that the consultant I had been emailing had left, nobody thought to inform the people who are relying on this consultant to uphold there side of the agreement and help them look for work...

Another consultant started putting me forward for vacancies, after not hearing nothing i sent an angry email which i was told it was my fault i have not been called, maybe the clients just don't like my CV. So i changed it up and resent it... Although doing this 5months later i'm still waiting for a phone call! What a waste of money! STAY FAR FROM AGE121 your better off calling up known recruitment agencies. AGE121 only care about taking you money, heartless people!
