I had been a member since December I lived across the parking lot from Planet Fitness I moved in March 1st 2009 to a different county I was still paying Planet Fitness with my credit card I set it up EFT. Today I walked in that Planet Fitness to be told that 2 payments were not received in 2010 & another payment was not received in April. How could that be when I authorized use of an eft to transpire? Now they want late fees & from what I have read people have a hard time getting out of this whole thing with ABC Financial. Ugh I am at a loss! So far its 60 but they are going to be adding a fee of 40$ I learned to get out of the contract?
