Received letter to stuff envelopes. Paid application fee. Nothing received

I received a letter from Maxwell Gates with an offer to stuff envelopes. I paid the one time application fee, a money order of $199.00 and sent it via overnight night mail to Maxwell Gates in Mendham, NJ. I sent the money order on June 29.

I have not received the letters or the envelopes as of July 7 although the letter indicated all materials would be sent to me immediately.
