I paid Harvey Reese upfront money ($250.00) to elvaluated and develope a combination pizza slicer and server. He replied back several months later that combination inventions never work

I paid upfront money to Harvey Reese to evaluate and develope a combination pizza cutter/server. Several months later he replied that combo inventions never work. He kept my $250. Eight months later Walmart starter selling a combo pizza cutter/server made in China.
