After ordering a saddle bronce vest in June of I had to place 5 calls to see if they were going to send the vest.in August was finally able to talk with someone and ask if it was going to be shipped. She promised me it was shipping out ont he 18th of August. No Vest was EVER shipped, however, they took full payment off debit card on August 20. I have called over 15 times leaving message after message, I have emailed the company asking for them to either please refund my money or ship the vest. No one has ever responded to these complaints. Often when I call the customer service line now I get the "message box is full". I have never dealt with a company like this who is a down right theif. If any one has any options for me please contact me.
