Ordered flowers online and somehow reservationsrewards picked up my email address and credit card number and began charging $7 a month. They said they gave me a $10 off certificate for my next order. I called customer service and they readily agreed to cancel my account and refund my last month's fee. I then saw on the internet that several other people had been ripped off. I called back and insisted on a full refund of several months charges. They agreed, stating that this was an exception.
