I called to order the Genie Bra. Buy 3 get 3 free. The sales person tried to sell me magazine subscriptions, and several other things while they had me on the phone. I kept telling him NO, I just want the bras! On 6/22 my bank fraud department contacts me alerting me to potential fraudulant charges made online with my debit card. 2 magazine subscriptions @29.95 each, a subscription to gamefly.com for $8.95 and a clothing order made at justmysize.com for $245.37, and 3 - 1.00 charges to real.com and evoice. My debit card had to be cancelled and a new one reissued.
The fraud department is still investigating my claim. I had had to go without the money in my account, and without my debit card for several days. I have bills to pay and doctor appointments to pay for.
I called customer service and cancelled my order for the Genie Bras after reading numerious complaints regarding the product and the 2 month wait to receive the products. I also felt they deserved getting a cancelled order since their company let someone have my debit card number and my personal information to use for purchases online. I am so angry about this, but what can I do about it but complain?
