While balancing my checkbook I came across a debit of $50.35 and the description was MYPPHELP.com 8005146993. I immediately checked out the website, no help what so ever. I called the 800 number and the lady got my name and a phone number and told me that a service reprensentative sould be calling me. That was 4 days ago. No call. I called back this morning, they told me the same thing. They wouldn't let me get a word in. Then I got on the website again and did a live chat. The lady told me that I must have subscribed to something but couldn't tell me who and that they don't deal with that company again and disconnected me. I guess I will have to go to my bank and cancel my debit card. That is a shame that $50 is lost and I could have used that.
