On June 23 there was a debit for 49.95 1.50. I looked online to see what mypphelp was. I have no clue. I emailed them at [email protected], no response. The next day during business hours I used my home phone to call the 800#. I stayed on hold for so long that the battery died on my phone, all this time was listening to music. I did this for a couple more days then contacted my bank. I was told that I would have to go in to get a new debit card. Of course the way I've been working I haven't been yet, but it's the first thing on my list for Wed. 7.13.11 because they debited my account again for 49.95 and 1.50. But you can guarantee that I about to email my attorney general, the better business bureau and the Today Show on WITN TV.
