Purchased tickets for the circus. Received an e-mail receipt that showed my tickets were for the wrong date. I called not five minutes after the order was placed to get it straightened out and get tickets for the correct date.
I explained the receipt I received was for tickets for the wrong date. The woman basically said it didn't matter and there would be no refunds or exchanges. I explained repeatedly that they were not for the date I needed, and she said repeatedly, "I don't care."
I asked numerous times to be put through to someone else, and she refused and eventually hung up on me. I called back and was unfortunately put through to the same person who continued to tell me that nobody there cared what happened and no one else would speak to me. She then hung up on me again.
Without a doubt, the worst customer service I have ever received. Period.
