This Co. Also got me to the tune of over $450.00 most of it was also without my knowledge in the form of checking acct. Withdrawls. I also spoke to customer service and was given the same runaround about free round billing and was charged again, and tried to call them again but now their phone # is for members only... How convienient now they argue that i owe them for unpaid charges that i advised them that i wouldn't pay since i never authorized any billing and that that account should have been closed... Finally i stopped them by changing my bank accounts to different numbers. Anyone out there know how i can recoupe any of the funds? Any help would be greatly appreciated
