Found home for rent posted on Craigslist. The only communication was via email. Theodore Serban requested Rental application be completed (he forwarded via email) and submitted for him to review prior to agreeing to rental. He requested a deposit of $1700.00 to be sent via Western Union. He forwarded address so that I could drive by to view property. Home was actually for sale. Spoke with Realtor and was informed owner is living at the address and the owner was not aware of craigslist advertising. I did not send payment but someone has my personal information.
