My daughter, Rebecca Lynn Neal, sent out a package, father's day gift, to her father on June 15, was told the package would arrive in pleanty of time for Fathers day. The package was never received, we have sumitted a claim for lost package, I still have not been able to collect the package, which by now we found out had been delivered to another address. I have been trying to contact UPS but have been given the run around, My daughter has tried submitting a claim but they keep tellling her that a claim has already been submited and that she will be contacted, we are now on June 30the and still have not heard back from the.
I hope you will be able to help. The tracking number for this package is 1z6f96420388552746. The package was sent out from Scottsdale Arizona on June 16th and sent to Yuma, Arizona. It arrived in Yuma on June 17th at 8:27 am and signed by J Sherwood.
