They send this product to my address with a 30 days free trial so the diveice do not work properly drop call all the time bad service i can not hear the person in the line clearly, so I call for return they finded all kind of scuses for no acept the device back, i be in the chat for 3 hours try over and over again to explain the reason why i ahve to return this device, but the person over the magic jack chat said: i can not find you account give your credit card, give your home address, give to me your e-mail, gime to me you complete name etc... All this time for nothing! No money back after all...
