Business used improper shipping methods and charged customer postage due after already paying a fix shipping cost. Employee Joel was rude. Very Poor Service! CollecTons displayed very poor business practices and extremely poor customer service. Employee even resorts to derogatory name calling in posting comments on websites. I will email proof to anyone who asks! Horrible customer service!!!
