This Company will Not Pay Invoices

This company has invoices outstanding from 2010 and refuses to pay. If you are an Investigator please be warned you may not see your money for a very long time if ever. The owner keeps telling me "its been a hard year but Im expecting a big contract anytime" like that pays my bills.
