This same company did this to me. Told me I would have a reund check as it states in the loan document by 7-4-11. Now the e-mail address and the phone number has been disconnected. Jason the customer service rep told me it was my fault that the funds went into a different account because i gave the wrong banking information. Like i dont know my account number...
