In the year 1996, I loaned panther moutain pavers owned by Clarence T. Peck the sum of 50,000 dollars. Ever since I loaned the money to him he avoided me. I offered payment arrangement but he refused. I took him to court won a judgement and won.

He still refused to pay stating he doesn't have any employment. His business is not making money. I seen Clarence on several jobs and I have photos and statement to show he worked earning thousands of dollars from the school and village and private jobs as well.

And for a person who ain't got money, he has bought new equipment and selling the equipment that was used for collateral in loan. He breached our contract. For someone who's so poor he remodeled his house on many of different times. Also tried to attack me threatening to kill me. Again nothing was done sincerely Lou H
