Well, I happened upon your section of Panther Mountain Pavers and Clarence Pefck. He just happens to be my father. I haven't seen him in about 4 years. You see, he is a terrible father and person as you can tell. He knows how to have children, but not raise them. He has also married a hag of a woman named Jennifer Varden, now Peck.
I highly doubt that this man mentioned in the Panther Mountain Paving ripoff bit tried to run his wife or any of his children off the road. She is doing anything she can to live off of someone's money for the rest of her life. He needs drug money, you see, and if you don't work (!) then you can't get high.
And since he doesn't work, my mother and I see only 700 dollars of child support each year, and that is if we are lucky. She cannot file for a raise in child support because there are no records of his money or his job.
