I bought 2 BA airline tickets for UK/Delhi from him. He booked the 2 tickets and sent me E-ittenary. He cashed my check and cancelled the ittenary. He had used his VISA card and had made booking online on BA.com. He used the same Visa to cancel booking and got the refund. Then he closed his VISA account. His business was in Jersey City, NJ.
