I bought 2 tickets to travel to UK and India to attend the wedding. Today I called the British Airways to confirm my reservation. I gave them reservation numbers and the rep told me that ticket was cancelled and refunded to Visa. They gave me last 4 digit of Visa as 4868. I never used Visa, I paid cashier check because of their pressure to pay cash or cashier check. B.A. Won't tell me the cancellation or refund date. I can't see this when I check my reservation on-line. I don't see the refund or cancel status, but B.A. Rep can see "'R" which means refunded. I'm filing complaint with N.J. Office of Attorney Journal. Can someone provide me the phone number for the police department in Jersey City, NJ where the check was sent to Krishna Travell. Thanks.
