I cancelled my standing monthly orders in March but it took until the end of April to stop the money from being taken from my checking account then it took until the 7th of June to get a confirmation that the money would be returned to my account. I was told that it would be 7-10 business days to process the money to my account, the date is June 28th and the money has still not been returned. Over the past months since the cancellation, I have called numerous times to get a resolution only to be put on hold and then be disconnected. The wait times on these calls have never been less than 30 minutes only to be left with a disconnected line and still no resolution. This is the worst ran company I've ever a had the misfortune of doing business with!!! If I could only speak to an actual living, breathing person-there are so many things that I want to say but I've had to deal with the fact that I have been scammed and what can I do about? I would love for someone to tell me that. I only want my money returned -I returned the unopened product I WANT MY MONEY!!!
