Stonebridge Benefit Service/aka Perfect Home Rewards charged $9.95/mo for 8 mos. To my JCPenney credit card. Company states that I signed up for their services on line when placing an order for JCPenney merchandise. I did not sign up for a "free" 3 mos. Service which I'd have to cancel if I didn't want it.
Since I use JCP's credit card frequently, I did not discover the charge from Perfect Home until June. The Company is now saying that a Welcome Package was mailed to me. If it was, I throw away junk mail. They also claim that I rec'd an email confirming enrollment; I do not open emails from unknown addresses.
Have no idea what their service plan is; never ordered it; never used it. They never performed any service for me. I am entitled to a full refund.
