In mid-May I ordered a piece of furniture to be custom-made from this company, Country Additions Furniture, of Birdsboro, Pennsylvania. The owner, Vince Suglia, cashed my check but never sent the cabinet. I emailed him in mid-June and he wrote back with a shipping date that came and went, but no cabinet arrived. I emailed him again a week later and he again responded with a shipping date that came and went.
