Decided to "Register for Free". Although there may have been some explanation as to the registration=authorizing a credit card charge for $99, that info was not noticed.in fact, before any charges occur, ethical practices should include at the very least a popup window stating "Your credit card is about to be charged $XX. XX." Bidrack does not do this. Copuled with their unethical " No Refund" policy, they effectively get unsuspecting customers money by trickery. No amount of spinning by their faithful will change that.
