This was my first time on Bidrack (stumbled across the site Googling) and it said it was free but required a credit card and a $. 01 charge on the credit card. I just saw my bank statement and lo and behold. A $99. Charge. I consider this as false and misleading advertising, a bait and switch and the many other choices I might list here. I wonder how this falls under the internet fraud/other statutes?
Note: this was listed on my bank statement for 6/27 but I believe the actual activity occurred on or about 6/25.
