I joined Bid Rack and started bidding right away. I won a $10 Target gift card for $4.19 but when I received my bank statement I had been charged $99 to join and the $4.19 for the bid points. Not a good switch. Then I received an email that my Gift card had been changed to an on line credit with Border's or TJ Maxx. Not what I wanted at all. Bait and switch...
