I found this website while looking for designer outlets. The disclaimer read that their items were overstock.
When going through the purchase & check-out process, they noted that a factory in China would show up as the vendor on my credit card statement.
I reviewed the website again & emailed them within 30 minutes to cancel the order as I questioned the authenticity of their items.
They emailed me several hours later & asked me if I still wanted to cancel the order, as refunds are automatically charged 25% as a cancellation fee. I questioned why there was a 25% cancellation fee as I emailed them promptly before they prepared any merchandise to be shipped out. They responded with they needed to stipulate their refund policy of charging a 25% cancellation fee.
Really? They sell fake designer merchandise & when people want to cancel their orders after seeing a China-based factory name that will show up on their credit card statements they are charged 25%?
My purchase was $328. I was refunded $246. They are keeping $82 without preparing, processing or sending me any merchandise! Rip off.
