I placed an order recently; however, the item was no longer needed and I found out that I no longer needed the item fairly quickly. So I cancelled my order because my "Order Status" page still said "In Process."
I cancel the order, the cancellation was being processed, then they refuse to cancel. The man or woman (whoever it was that was arguing with me through email) told me that they were only going to issue store credit or exchange the item. I told them that the item was still "In Process" when I cancelled and it wasn't even shipped.
They immediately reply back saying the item had shipped. I asked them twice (yes! Two times) for proof of shipment and a tracking number. They ignored me both times going back to oh-so-famous phrase: "You are only going to get store credit or exchange the item."
First off, I surely do not want store credit because if you go to the website and look at that store, it looks like a dingy junk collection behind a dark alley. Second, they are stealing images off of eBay and selling fake designer merchandise in which they are claiming them to be authentic, but it gets better.
These so-called designer goods they "have" for sale are priced a few hundred dollars above the full retail price! Isn't that insane?
Let's just say they are standing by that stupid "store credit/exchange" policy and I am taking this matter further!!
