I returned the product as instructed. I called and they confirmed the producut. LeanSpa sent an email stating I would received a refund on my credit card. When I didn't, I called again and this time was told I would receive a check from headquarters. I have not received the refund. Like others, when I call I am placed on eternal hold and then disconted. I believe this company should be reoported to the State Attorney General's office from unethical business practices.
