I purchased leanspa product during its trial phase however I returned the two items and because I did not return it in the "proper" manner they could not refund me the 160 dollars and because they did not receive my cancellation in time they sent another order. I then sent this item back in the "proper" manner and used insured method from the Post Office. I then verified they received the item on June 6th. When I called to find out when I would receive the refund it took weeks for me to get through as I continually received all representatives were busy and the continually hold and once a specific time went at least twenty minutes it would hang up. I was finally able to speak with someone around the first week in July where I was told my credit card would not be refunded and that I would receive a check in three weeks. The representative was quite rude and I was not happy that I had to wait another three weeks for my 160 dollars. I even emailed the address listed on their website to contact twice and received no word. I then was able to make contact again in August after I still had not received my refund and this young lady was helpful enough to e-mail me what she sent to corporate headquarters about my inquiry to my refund and that it is stated in my account they owe me a 160 dollars. She even mentioned that I am looking into getting a lawyer. It is now Sept 4th and I still have not received my refund. Please help. Maybe we should get a news team to Orange, Ct where the items are returned and have them answer the news team.
