I saw a item i wanted to bid on, when i clicked on it to start the bid
i was then asked for for my credit information in which i gave thinking i would need it to pay for the item bided on. And the everything stopped as if my computer had frozen in which it did not.
There were no further instruction and i could not do any thing else
but exit the web sight. I checked my bank account to find that bidrack deducted 99.00 from my bank account via my debit/credit
card number that i gave to them.
I called them and explaned all of the above and asked to be refunded. They sent the for i filled it out sent it back and the denied
me a refund. There was never a mention of a 99.00 fee when
i started the bid i found out after they took my money, and to make it even more gangster i wasn't even given the opportunity
to complete the bid. All bid wanted was just the opportunity to debit. My account.
And may i add that this charley commented on Rosetta who had the sam exact experience as i dosn't what he is talking about
or he works for or is affiliated with bidrack.
