Returning Service in a Prompt Manne

Gas service turned off yesterday afternoon 6/22, without notification and re-connection service amount paid that evening. Called up this morning 6/23 to schedule appointment to turn on service and the next available appointment is not until Saturday 6/25, refusing to have someone return our service any sooner. After to talking to a female service rep Zekeiah, was told that Supervisor Mrs. Gogolo would return my call within the hour. I never received that phone call.

Every time I try to get a hold of someone to rectify this situation I'm told that there is no one available to return my service to me. Yet I have photographic evidence of truck number 3734 parked at the corner of the street I live on, with two workers sitting inside, at 11:15am this morning.

I suffer from sciatica and am dealing with a herniated disc on top of a hernia and need hot water to bathe, and gas to cook. Without this service, I cannot eat, or clean my self or home. Having no insurance, I cannot seek Physical Therapy for my condition, leaving me with the only option of hot showers/baths to ease the pain in my lower back. Having no gas service means I sit in discomfort and pain unnecessarily.
