I called comcast to ask about the high speed internet. They told me that I have to sign up first to get more info. I hung up without making a final decision. When I called again a few hours later, the agent now says he cannot help me since an order was already placed. When I call customer service, the bitchy woman says there is nothing on my address and cannot help me either. This is a big mess corporation. Don't sign up with these losers. They need to get their acts together!
