On 6/6 I "won" a Black 4GB touch screen MP4 player. After several complaints after reaching the 10th day of maximum non delivery date, a rep at a BR stated: "who told you 10 days? It's always been 14 days max." At 20 days of non receiving of product, I was finally given a tracking # which I was supposed to track my product by (BR couldn't tell me...?) I tried. UPS, FED Ex, Reg Postal Service, etc. The tracking # BR had given me was bogus. Then I finally get a message stating that: "due to over demand on this product, they're having problems filling orders on this product." I'm thinking: "really... Then how did you give me a tracking number 20 days ago?". Then they have the nerve to offer me 5 more bonus points (that expire in 24 hours) to appease me.
Bid Rad is a total scam and I've read similar complaints of the "excant" same thing happening to them on the line. I.E., 'winning products' but never receiving them. I've come to almost 30 days since I 'won' my product and still haven't seen it.
Bid Rack is a scam. They take your $ and then NEVER ship your product. Allen Miller, Edmond Oklahoma.
