Complaint / review text:
I purchased a cell phone for my son and was informed there was a End of the year rebate by Metro PCS clerk gave me forms to mail to Metro PCS Bartlett, TN office. My son lost that cell phone and I purchased another for him on 1/4/11 which also qualified for the $40.00 rebate I also mailed the form required now twice. I waited attempted contacting Metro PCS to no satisfaction. Upon now reaching today their one of many automated systems and inputing the cell number issued to one of the cells it states a rebate was isssued for $40.00 but when speaking to a representative he states that rebate was issued to someone else he also stated he couldn't do anything about it since the rebates sent to TN office no longer exist. What can I do?
