After trying to cancel my trial membership on Sat and Sunday I read that I can only cancel via telephone Monday to Friday. On Monday when I tried to talk to a live rep the only phone number that was given was all computerized and did not allow me to speak to anyone.
When I emailed the company to also state that I really wanted to send ecards for $9.99 not print cards as I do not own a printer $19.99 they did not even respond to that part of my complaint - only recited me the trial membership policy - did not mention that you really only have 5 days since they are not there on the weekends!
