Canceled membership! - subscriptions

I had canceled my membership right after signing up for the trial period, but they have charged my credit card anyway. There is no phone number or e-mail address to be able to reach them and reverse the charges. I am very frustrated. I think this is a scam, if this doesn't work, my next step is to file a complaint with the state about them!
