Bought a power drill a year ago and was told to sent it to Team Products Service in Cranbury NJ, now three weeks have passed and no drill... Have called between 9 - 5:00 est and constantly busy on 800# and regular number... Sent e-mails and came back undeliverable... Even sent e-mail to Coleman to notify them... Seems that the company has "ceased to exist" and probably will not see drill again...
Hoping that call to main office in Parsippany tomorrow will help locate the drill...
Should have returned it to costco and gotten refund instead of sending for exchange, per telephone call on 10/17
