Cancel and Refund $99.00
I am hereby officially demanding a reversal of the $99.00 charge you applied to my credit card (6/7) to register for your "Free account". My username is (Personal Info Removed) Until refunded I will continue my pursuit.
After going through your process of registering, I did some research on your company. I now realize that I am one of probably thousands who were deceptively charged this fee.
I did not agree to your policies or condition as there were not any at all!!!
I was not told when registering for Bidrack.com that I would be charged $99 dollars, if I knew this I would not have entered my credit card information, I was not aware of any charges for this website. I thought I was registering for free just to see what it was all about.
I filed a complaint with the BBB and it is being investigated. I also know of people who had indeed received a refund. I have now submitted paperwork to my bank to dispute your charges on 06/08 $99.00. You have been reported by me to the BBB, your business ID# 0251-0032002623 on 06/08. Refund requested $99.00 immediately.
