PJP Health Agency has repeatedly denied claims that are perfectly valid. When I call them or email them they give BS reasons why the claims are not covered. When I ask them why they are violating their own policies, refusing claims that are clearly covered according to the information the agent said to me, and lying to their paying customers, I get no response whatsoever. All I get is "you are responsible for the full amount of this claim".
So far the amount they have refused to cover is under $1000, so I am not going to bother calling a lawyer. From reading the many other complaints against PJP Health Agency I can see I am not the only person who has been ripped off by them.
If you have a choice, DO NOT use PJP Health Agency for anything. I canceled my policy with PJP Health Agency.
