They took 260.00 from my account with out authorization

I went to check my checking account balance and found that an automated debit was taken out in the amount of 260.00. I did not authorize this to come out of my account and have never heard of this company. I am going to my bank to file a report. When I tried to call the number listed on my account, it just kept ringing and giving the same automated message.
