Mr. Ronald Evans is scamming woman for many years. After a while he is living off the woman's money (playing ill) and if he can not get any money from the woman he is living with, he is looking for the next one to scam. We separated may 18th he signing a promissory note for a $ 40000 dollar truck he wanted to keep.in February he sold the truck, kept the money, bought a new car and told me he is going bankrupted. He is not responding back to my lawyer.
