Nightmare on a/a

My name is noreen jones-sykes, i am writing on behalf of me & my dad samuel jones. First i have to let you know that my dad had a stroke while visisting me here in the usa, he is from jamaica. He was admitted, he had ostemylytis, he had an uti, he had an infection in the foot, he has diabetes, he has an enlarged heart, he had a lot of blood clots, i could go on, but let me get to the point, he is 81 years old, an elderly man. When the hosp, discharge him, he had a return ticket from a/a, i could not get on that flight to take him home because it was too expensive, so i had to change his ticket whch cost me $85.00, my ticket cost me 508.& some change. So i got a flight leaving pittsburgh 6:30am, wegot up @ 3: am because he is also incontinent, he takes a long time to get ready. We reached the airprt on time, only to be told that they cancelled the flight due to weather, &the plane battery died, so they had to re-route us on delta airlines, to new york, i asked the lady please if she could get me & my dad to miami, she said she had nothing, so we had to wait for agian. She charged me $380.00 for all my checked luggage, because i was overloaded, which i did not mind, because most was my dads.
The flight was to depart 11:30am we left on time, by the time we reached jfk, we went to delta, they said we had to to a/a, i had to beg someone help me push my dad in the wheelchair while i had the hand luggages, he needed to pee, ihad to tell him to wait until we reached the a/a terminal, "it was really far" by tha time we got to the gate the plane had already left, i was know crying, i was really tired & frustraded, i had to leave my dad, go up to the counter & explain to the lady what had happened, she was extra kind to me, she helped me& my dad get food vouchers, & a hotel to stay in miami, overnight, she had nothing leaving out for jamaica, so we got on the plane from jfk only to be told something was wrong with the plane so we had to wait, we did not reach miami until babout 11:30pm, the a/a lady who speaked spanish was very hlpful to us when i told her what happened, she went out of her way to make sure we made it to the hotel, and we got food, she told us we needed to be back @ the airport early to get home, i did not get no sleep, i had to bathe my dad, get him something to eat make sure he had his meds, make some calls to let my family & friends know what was going on. Dress his wounds & so on, got him up early @ 6:00am get our bags, wheel him downstairs, check out of the hotel, wait on the red & white bus, got him to airport, go thru security, it was a nightmare, got him something to eat, then wait on our flight, all this time i had both our carry ons, when we were boarding the flight attendant said my carry on was too big, so she took it, "it was not checked on", she stated when i reached ja i would have gotten it, when i reached ja, they could not find my carry on, so im in ja. No clothes no shoes, on underwear, no bras, no meds for my father, notified the a/a immeadetly, they had me fill out forms, & im to leave contact #s i did everything they asked me to do under the sun i went out @ the airport& have been calling the a/a reps constantly about my stuff, up till today nothing, nada, zip, im back in the states now & still they have not located my luggage, a/a reps have been giving me the run around.
