I don`t really know how I got signed up with this scam. I did sign up with a site for local discounts that still are on my email. But I don`t recall any mention of charges or giving anyone a credit card number. The charge of24.95 has been on our card statement for five months but as my husband pays the bills, I have just now discovered it
