I filed a complaint against the IRS with your office back in 1995 and nothing was done until I went to Senator Phil Gram's office to get arrested. I was persecuted by the IRS after I got arrested at Senator Arlen Specter's office for protesting against the governments treatment of Native American's. I was sent to the state Mental Hospital after I began a hunger strike so the could force feed me. I now receive social security.in February I decided to file my Income taxes by e-file. I did not know it at the time but I did not have to fill out the various forms like making work pay. I stated on the form that I had received a 2010 Economic Recovery Payment. I noticed that this lowered my projected income tax return. The IRS refused my e-file so I filed a paper return. However I then went to https: www4. Ire. Gov/irfof-mwp/getMwp. Do which stated that I did not receive an Economic Recovery Payment in 2010. I made a copy of this. I refiled my return by e-file and it was accepted and I was given a tax return.
I am now being threatened by the IRS with penalties and interest for 250.00 in unpaid taxes for the two hundred fifty dollar credit. I do not have the money to pay, some months I cannot pay for my insulin which I have to take ever since the Pasadena Police arrested me for public intoxication, and held me without bond in a holding cell with no food, no water, no phone, and no bed. I was denied medical treatment while there. At that time I only had to take oral medication for diabetes. My diabetes got so out of control because of this that I now have to take insulin 4 times a day. I complained to the Texas Board of Medical Examiners because they said that my medicine could be brought to the jail and they would give it to me. I was told that the illegal distribution of prescription drugs and the unlicensed practice of medicine were criminal and I should report this to the State Attorney General which I did, but he would not reply. Neither would the FBI office in Houston who I e-mailed also. I know that the IRS knows that I am entitled to this credit because I got the information from them.
I hope the government is not about to again start persecuting me for my political activities. Especially since the Pasadena incident happened shortly after I attended one of your town meeting in Pasadena at witch the Mayor Manlove was present. I know I say a lot of thing you don't like to hear, but I do have a constitutional right to say them, and I would think that by now that you would know that persecution is not likely to become fearful and stop going to your town meetings and asking questions.

I can send you the IRS. Gov printout saying that "Our records indicate that you did not receive an Economic Recovery Payment in 2010. I am also not very happy that I was not told that this payment was a loan, that I would have to pay back twice, nor was I given the option of refusing the loan. This is in my opinion deceptive, and an immoral attempt to stimulate the economy at the expense of the poorest and most vulnerable of your constituents, not to mention the fact that we had nothing to do with Wall Streets fraud that brought down the economy in the first place.
