My wife and I recently had Dinner at your Location in St. Peters Mo near Cave Springs. We have been long time loyal customers and Longhorn is one of my favorite places to eat. Although not cheap, we have found it to be a good value and the food and service to be consistant. During our last visit, there was anoticable difference in the quality and quantity of food. My wife usually enjoys a Texas Margarita with her meal. On this visit, she ordered a Texas Margarita but received a Rhode Island size instead. Th real proble is that the price was the same for about half the value. Very disappointing. The service however was top shelf. I hope they fire the new guy at the helm before they ruin this fine establishment. Meanwhile, I'll go elsewhere.
