I ordered two things from this company. I sent an email about the delivery status of the items. They told me that it will ship in ten to fifteen days. I asked them to cancel the order. They told me that there will be a cancellation charge. Next response from them was that the items were custom made and already shipped. I asked were does it state in their advertisement that the items are custom made. Yhey had told me earlier that the items will ship in 10-15 days. They still haven't answered my question.
They are still insisting that they will charge me a cancellation fee.
Please help resolve this for me.
